3. Accounts

4. Tickets and payments

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of VYBZCYADONE or the event organiser. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted via the email address provided at purchase.

Ticket prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Merchandise orders

Orders are processed and fulfilled after payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for issues with your order.

6. Donations

Donations made through VYBZCYADONE are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Donation receipts are provided via email for tax purposes.

7. Community directory

Listings in the VYBZCYADONE community directory are submitted voluntarily and are subject to review. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards or these terms. Listing information is the responsibility of the listing owner — VYBZCYADONE does not verify all details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on VYBZCYADONE — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of VYBZCYADONE or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

VYBZCYADONE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYBZCYADONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at any event.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where VYBZCYADONE operates.
